Dear Profile Hub Dossier user,

Thank you so much for choosing Profile Hub Dossier! The PHD team is here to provide the details you need to understand and use this app effectively.

On your first launch, you will be greeted by the welcome page. Simply input your email address and tap Start Your Free Trial to open the paywall screen. From there, tap the button displaying the price and 14-Day Free Trial to start exploring the app with full access to all features from day one. The PHD team does NOT charge you during this free 14-day trial period. More details can be found in the notice below.

Purchase and Free Trial

The PHD app itself does NOT ask for your credit card or payment information. Furthermore, you will not be charged if you cancel your subscription within the 14-day free trial window. Because subscriptions are managed securely through your app store, please contact Apple or RevenueCat for specific billing details and inquiries.

Basic Access vs. Pro Access

If your 14-day free trial or app subscription ends and is not renewed, your account will transition to Basic Access. Under Basic Access, you retain permanent access to view the Dynamic Reports for Moneyflow and Cosmetic profiles.

The following features are exclusively for Pro version users with an active subscription:

Add, Edit, and Manage functions for all profiles.
Import and Export functionalities.
The Education Profile.

Step 1: Set Up Your Contacts

The app requires a Contact profile to function. Tap the Person Icon in the bottom right of the home page to open the menu:

Access Contacts: Tap the Contact Icon within that sub-menu to open your contact options (Add, Edit, Import, Manage).
Manual Entry: Tap Add Contact to enter details manually.
Import: Tap Import to securely pull existing contacts directly from your phone's local contact list.

Tip: In the Add or Edit screens, tap the (i) Info Icon in the bottom right to see which fields are required to enable the Save button.

Step 2: The "+New" Workflow

Tap the +New button at the bottom of the home page.
Select an Action (Add, Edit, Report, or Manage) and a Profile (Moneyflow, Cosmetic, or Edu).
Select your Contact and tap the Date → button.

Step 3: Selection & Confirmation

Add Action: Pick a single date from the calendar.
Edit/Manage/Report: Pick a date range.
The Selection Page: If there is more than one result, you will be prompted to tap and select the specific entry in the selection page to proceed.

Step 4: System Feedback

Messages without a "Yes," "No," "OK," or "Confirm" button will be automatically dismissed after 3 seconds. Simply wait for the screen to clear.

Export / Import (Pro)

Tap the Person Icon and select Export to save a backup of your local data. Tap Import to restore from a previously exported file. Use this to transfer your data between devices anytime.

Restore & Reset

To restore a previous purchase or reset your data, visit the Admin Section in the app.

Promo Codes

Have a promo code? Enter it on the paywall screen to get your first year at $24.99.

On the paywall screen, scroll down to find the Promo Code field.
Enter your code and tap Apply.
If valid, a green tick appears — the price updates to $24.99.
Tap the subscription button — the App Store opens showing your offer.
Confirm with Face ID or Touch ID.
Return to PHD — your subscription activates automatically.

Note: Promo codes are case-insensitive. After year one, your subscription renews at $29.99/year. Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

Profile Hub Dossier is continuously evolving. Features, interfaces, and subscription terms are subject to change without prior notice. This manual is provided 'as is' for informational purposes, and in the event of any discrepancies between this document and the live app, the app's current functionality prevails.

Privacy Policy

        Our Core Commitment: Profile Hub Dossier is built on a local-first philosophy.
        Profile data and personal records you create are designed to be stored locally on your device. The PHD team itself does not upload, sell, or share this local data. We rely on trusted third-party services (like Firebase and RevenueCat) for core operations, which handle data independently under their own privacy policies (see Section 4).
    

1. Who We Are

Profile Hub Dossier ("PHD", "we", "our") is an independent app development team. You can reach us at ProfileHubDossier@gmail.com for any privacy-related questions.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account and the app's features:

Email Address: Your email is used to ID your account and link it to your subscription and purchase history. It allows our team to verify your account status, restore access if needed, and provide support. We do not use your email for marketing or spam.
Purchase & Subscription Status: Managed through RevenueCat to validate your subscription and restore purchases. No full payment or credit card details are stored by our team.

Important: Profile content and personal records you enter into PHD are stored locally on your device. The PHD team does not see, access, or retrieve this local data.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect your name, location, or phone number.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.
We do NOT access your camera, microphone, or photo library without your explicit permission requested through your device's operating system.
We do NOT use our own analytics SDKs to track your behavior. Subscription providers may collect limited interaction data (like paywall views) solely to manage services, which is not linked to your identity for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services for app functionality. While we do not code our app to share your local data with them, these services may collect certain device or diagnostic data as part of their standard operation. The PHD team does not control these third parties, and their practices are governed by their own policies:

Google Firebase — Used to securely store your account credentials (email) for login and account recovery. View Firebase Privacy Policy →

5. Contact Permissions (Optional)

With your explicit permission, PHD can import contacts from your phone's local address book to help you set up profiles. This is entirely optional. Any contact data pulled into the app is processed locally, and the PHD team does not transmit, upload, or share this data with our servers or third parties.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your account seriously:

Account credentials are handled by Google Firebase using industry-standard encryption.
Profile data lives on your local device, safeguarded by your device's native security (Face ID, passcode, etc.).
Disclaimer: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or device compromise.

7. Your Rights

You are in control of your data:

Delete your account: Contact us at ProfileHubDossier@gmail.com and we will delete your account data (email and UID) from our active database.
Delete your local data: Use the in-app Reset button to wipe local data instantly, or simply uninstall the app. Either action permanently removes the profile data stored on your device.

8. Children's Privacy

PHD is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove it.

9. Modifications & "As-Is" Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update this policy and app features at any time without prior notice. The app and this documentation are provided strictly on an 'as is' basis. We will revise the 'Last updated' date as soon as reasonably possible when policy changes occur. Profile Hub Dossier reserves the right of final interpretation, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
